SHIPPING & HANDLING

SHIPPING: Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. For domestic orders, please allow 4-6 business days for Standard shipping, 5-8 for Economy shipping, and 2-3 for Express shipping orders to arrive. International Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new MÀIRI pieces however, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or item that does not match your order, an exchange or site credit will be offered for the unworn items sent within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. When shipping your order back, please make sure to include the original packaging.
If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at support@mairijewelry.com with the subject line Return Request and your order # within 7 days of receiving your items, as well as the photo of your order and the reason for return. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your request.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you the code via email that can be used immediately on our mairijewelry.com. All returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
*Exchanges/Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customers.
MAIRI reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
